Are the books really signed?+
Yes. Every copy ordered on this site is signed by Donna herself before it ships.
Can Donna personalize my copy?+
Yes. At checkout, tell Donna who each book is for and add a short message if you like. She'll inscribe it before it ships. Leave the box blank for her signature alone.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address; if no live rate is available a flat $5.00 applies. Books ship within the United States.
Can I order a book as a gift?+
Of course. Enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout and use the personalization box for the inscription.
How do I book Donna for a signing or reading?+
Visit the Events page and request a date. Book signings are free; a one-hour group reading is $85.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Checkout accepts the payment methods shown there — cards through Stripe, and PayPal when it's switched on. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on this site.
What if my book arrives damaged?+
Write to Donna within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and she'll make it right.
Can I save my cart and finish my order later?+
Yes. Your cart is saved on your device, so you can come back any time and pick up where you left off.
