Shipping & returns
How shipping works
- Every copy is signed by Donna herself before it ships.
- Books ship to addresses in the United States. The shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
- You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Personalized copies
- Use the personalization box at checkout to say who each book is for and add a short message.
- Please double-check the spelling of names — inscriptions are handwritten, so we copy them exactly as you type them.
- Leave the box blank for a signature alone.
Returns
- If a book arrives damaged or there's a mistake with your order, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
- Because inscribed copies are personalized for a specific reader, they can't be returned for any other reason.
